The assembly area south of Nassau Community College. Approx 7:50am South bound on the Meadowbrook causeway.

The Discover Long Island Bike Tour took place on October 15, 2000. The Tour uses Mitchel Field as a staging and finish area. This is the first time that I've ridden in the tour. I opted wisely for the 25 mile ride. The weather was great and so was the ride.
